Some guilds have a structured programme covering:

•Spiritual and Devotional - Worship, Service Planning, Bible Study.

•Educational - Talks and discussions (eg topical issues, local history, other countries).

•Service - Being a good neighbour (eg what can we offer at home and overseas).

•Social - Opportunities to enrich and stimulate our Christian faith, through leisure activites, informal meals, outings and fellowship.

Others may offer a more informal meeting but all seek to provide Spiritual and devotional evenings, fun and friendship, interesting talks and discussions, and the opportunity to support local or national charitable projects.

All local Guilds, whatever the name or the size, are encouraged to be part of the wider family by affiliating to the Wesley Guild, so working together and helping one another.

Sheets of Guild Badge stickers in blue and gold are available again.

There are 15 stickers per sheet and a sheet costs £1.50.

Use them to enhance greetings / get well cards / or on your letters and envelopes to fellow Guilders.

The National Executive comprises the Chair, Vice-Chair/Secretary, Treasurer, Newsletter Editor and several other representatives. Meetings are held 2 or 3 times each year, usually in Derby. We look forward to inviting new members to the committee. We are particularly seeking additional Ministerial representation, also someone with clerical skills as well as ideas people.
